What happens if a client doesn't show up?
Because clients pay at booking time, no-shows don't mean lost income. The session fee has already been collected. You can choose to reschedule at your discretion.
Is the video room private?
Yes. Each booking generates a unique, private room accessible only to the coach and client via the secure link sent in the confirmation email.
