Do I still need a Stripe account?
Yes. CallSesh uses Stripe for payment processing. You connect a free Stripe account to receive payouts. CallSesh itself does not hold your money.
What fees are involved?
CallSesh charges a 10% platform fee per session. Stripe charges approximately 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction. Both are deducted automatically — no manual math.
When do I get paid?
Stripe follows its standard payout schedule — typically two business days after a session payment is captured. CallSesh doesn't control payout timing.
Can I still use Stripe for other things?
Yes. Connecting your Stripe account to CallSesh doesn't affect any other Stripe usage. It simply allows CallSesh to process coaching session payments on your behalf.
Is payment data secure?
CallSesh never stores card data. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe, which is PCI Level 1 certified.
